Michael- The recent headlines were the wrong slant. It's a long term goal to have inter. revenues at 1/2 of gross, but it is a little hard to do with such good sales in USA. Next generation product to be announced this week is probably a ATM-Titan type product. Optical networking products will be unveiled soon, and this will be a first of a series of optical products, forthcoming from ex-IBM group. Gross margins may decrease by 3-4 pts, this was discussed in detail at last cc. call, and it has to do with how service revenue is reported. Asia revenues have been less than 5% of total, and Tellab's is positioning itself in the telecom. infrastructure overthere to be ready when this area recovers (recent small sale to China of Martis is an example of this.) My end of year goal is still $65. Remember that the backlog of orders is at a record level, and conservative Mike raised guidance for '99 to $2.45/s.
