GK. Everything else in 10 KSB is run of the mill struggling company stuff. In my 10+ years of drafting and reviewing 10K, I have never encountered instances where I could not get from end of year shares o/s to whats on the first page of K (usually a sub event f/n will get you there as MB stated). Or an instance where the TA had more shares than the company. This is a (usually) very standard audit procedure to confirms o/s shares with TA. Who told TA to create these shares?? The last is the nonregistering of TK cd share so he can't convert. These lead me to believe that the situation with shorting and TK is being flushed out and will soon come to a head. Wonder what an annoucement that TPI is going after TK in court over this would do. I am not saying its going to happen, but in my humble opinion, it closer know than a few months ago. I believe Paul is started to see that he is being given very bad advice by someone. One thing I could never figure out about TPI is this: Why hire a large CPA firm out of NY, USA to do your f/s if you just wanted to defraud shareholders?? They didn't and I believe TPI isn't.
