If they are acquired, it would be the best thing that could happen to them. I loved this one when it was trading near 4, and they sold everything off to make their CD's.... they were gonna have over $5 in cash per share. I liked that, and hoped they would move in concert with other CD stocks. They did. Now? Time to tank....

ASCAP and BMI will fight this idea tooth and nail as well. Imagine being a performing rights society trying to track down royalties from customized CD's..... a nightmare. Artists will not like it either if it means that some royalty income will fall thru the cracks...
