PAMM - I just don't see many signs of life. Everything is pretty much unchanging. The only flicker I see is that the Price Oscillator is starting to flatten on a bottom. Momentum is dead. RSI is flatlined. MACD crossed in the last third of October and has been on a slow, even progression upwards. No signs of crossing, divergence or convergence. It just "is". OBV can't go much lower unless they print more certs. No Volume Accumulation OR distribution. Nobody appears to be too interested in PAMM at the moment.
