Waterhouse's web site isn't as fast as Brown's. It's uneven, sometimes because of the server on which you landed. You can switch to another server if that is the problem and if the site isn't working you can place voice orders for the same price as online. You can get through quite quickly to voice. Overall, it's much more functional than Ameritrade was when I was using Ameritrade, and reliable, the people are competent and efficient and courteous. I like them, had way too many problems with Ameritrade. Brown's a bit better on some things, though. Linda
