There was a piece on a New York City newscast last night (12/7 WCBS) about a doctor on Long Island using a flu diagnostic test. He's the only one certified(? I'm not sure) to use the test. The test is highly accurate, gives results within 20 minutes, and screens for two types of flu. The piece didn't mention who is manufacturing this test. Anybody know? There was also mention of another test that tests for only one type of flu and isn't as accurate as this latest one... ?
