Yes good news indeed ! We may yet see some press release. I would hope that there will be an official announcement when Health_axis is launched on AOL. It also seems that we need to have the perception of PAMC as an insurance stock removed and we need to be placed on the list of Internet stocks. In the meantime good buying opportunity today.

From page 20 of the 10Q HealthAxis has obtained $8,150 in funding as of September 30, 1998 consisting of a $750 fee payment from HPS in March 1998 to be the exclusive administrator of this business, a $5 million private placement of HealthAxis, Inc. convertible debt during the second quarter of 1998 which was converted into HealthAxis common during the third quarter and a $2.4 million issuance of convertible cumulative preferred stock to PILIC in the third quarter. The Company and HealthAxis received $5.75 million as a result of the issuance of PAMCO common stock to a group led by Lynx private equity partners and HealthAxis convertible cumulative preferred stock purchased by AOL on November 16, 1998.
