An interesting article in the Wall Street Journal today highlighted the problems some smaller shareholders are having with BB type small stocks doing reverse splits in order to get complete control by the insiders. It suggested that the SEC may look into the problem and possibly consider putting some new laws or rules to govern these activities. I guess we're not the only shareholders with that kind of threat over our heads. I think that fear also keeps any new investors from considering buying into NUOA. js
