<<People like you made tons of money at the expense of the investors who got in at the first day of IPO at the first moment of public trade. >>

John, you are being unreasonably harsh here. I told everyone who solicited my opinion on TGLO that it's, at the most, a $5-$10 stock without the hype and the mania. The day of the IPO, when I stopped by an AOL chatroom, I cautioned everyone there about trading it on the long side, and I feel really sad for the retail investors who lost a great deal of money on it, but I sincerely hope that they learned a valuable lesson from gambling blindly.

<<Sooner or later, TGLO and its underwriters will be sued.>>

Why? You yourself stated in numerous posts here that most of the buyers of the aftermarket shares of TGLO were gambling blindly and as such deserving a lesson. Why should the court consider penalizing the company and its underwriters for blind gambling and mania on the part of the buyers?

In all fairness, I believe the prospectus of EarthWeb contains many misleading embellishments, but I certainly find no evidence of such in TGLO.
