Frank,

I guess you're asking why it drifted down since when you owned it a year ago. The main reason is around August they announced a share buyback which they rescinded within weeks. The reason given was that the stock market was behaving so poorly that there was no real value to the buy back. The reasoning may have been sound, but the stock market is not a rational creature. They were around 6 at that time. The stock tanked soon after and even hit a low of 1...Unbelievable!

I just got back in because of the announcement of working with Gruntal as their investment banker. That is one of two things I have felt MVSI has needed for a long time. The other is to report earnings promptly. They never do for some reason, but hopefully they will wise up and see that the investment community demands that much before they will put their money into them.

I still believe in the company, and am counting on them to have the good earnings that they have reiterated on at least two occasions that they would have. If they do, this stock may take off again. I wouldn't be here if I didn't think it would.
