David / Blue Reange Resources I was a disappointed past holder of Stampeder Exploration shares which leads me to believe that there is some merit behind Gordon Ironsides comments regarding past management. Reference: Message 6447135 Message 6447231 I am under the influence that there will be a white knight coming along shortly. Remember that unpopular redneck brought on board to team with that reknown renograde who leads a developing natural gas company out of Calgary. He is known as the dealmaker and I wonder if this will be his first undertaking. The company may be in position to take advantage of an extended credit facility with large natural gas wells coming on strean over the next two months. Price is right if the party is interested. (JUST PURE SPECULATION) Oh yea, I'm referring to Canadian 88 Energy. Newport Petroleum has also indicated that they were capable of another acquisition, but I don't know how much they can extend themselves. Then there is Berkley & Paramount. I view these operators as prime candidates, in addition to senior producers. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. My comment as to value of BRR.A assets appear on the low side. What we do know now is that $6.25 appears identified on the lowside and $8.00 has been identified on the highside. For the record, I believe shares were at $6.00 when Big Bear publicly made their offer. Competing white knights might drive final offer higher into the $7.50+ area.

ALL / For Those Daring Of Heart - AB Geoscience Anybody familiar with this company?? I just posted a "In The News" article at the Korner regarding Azerbaijan's parliament ratifying the country's first contract to develop onshore oil fields with foreign multinationals. Message 6517562 I saw a news documentary 2-3 weeks ago on either 60 Minutes or another similar show, where they reviewed oil and gas exploration on and offshore Azerbaijan. Apparently the area is rich in oil and gas for many multi-national companies have been clamoring at the bit to gain concessions there.
