< so in a nutshell we basically have a company with a heap load of gold in some far off third world land,>

heap load in your statement could be replaced with significant, there is just not enough info to say the above with certainty. Guido's report is not valid.

<it has now basically been verified once again, everyone knows we have a heap load of gold,>

It is not verified once again, there is not enough data to verify according to BD

<we are bankrupt (reminds me of the old mariner - water, water everywhere but not a drop to drink).>

Basically correct, although GE can issue more shares for work if anyone will take them. Thus situation is probable survivable.

<we have the sec with really nothing better to do than disrupt the free market by picking on a tiny gold company.>

If GE had not released premature data and had all the filings up to date the SEC would not be here. Opps, I forgot the previous idiot R Knittle, they probably would be here.

<we have a neighbor like st francis who has the perfect equipment for our little piece of real estate, and probably a bunch of deep
pockets watching these events unfold and saying to themselves 'wow, pretty neat'.>

Maybe, but I bet they wait till GE totally screws up and picks this property up for 5 cents a share in the unlikely event they are even interested.

therefore, in the spirit of capitalism....i still think someone will find a way to move those rocks to market and ge will be the beneficiary.

I do admire your resolve

have a nice day

You too
