My associate spoke today to Allan Elshafe (sp?) at H.E.T. who confrmed that they are producing 200,000 per month 3.6V 800mph batteries for two south east Asian cell phone mfgs, who he declined to name. He strongly suggested that this will be public information "next month" and that they will be in the retail marketplace then. THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT THIS IS AN INFERIOR PRODUCT TO VALENCES AND WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO COME UP WITH ANY PATENTS IN THE NAMES OF H.E.T. OR TDI. BELLCORE LISCENSED TECHNOLOGY IS ONE THING. PATENTS WHICH SUPERCEDE AND EXPAND ON IT IS QUITE ANOTHER. VALENCE LONGS REJOICE!!!!!!!! (especially you Herbert Blair, you silly person you, I AM A VLNC LONG!!!!!!)
