They have already had a meeting with Honda and they are very pleased with APCO and the quality of service that they are providing. The contract is pretty much closed and Honda is not taking any other bids. The only thing that remains are the final details. In a follow up conversation with Todd a week or so later. He said that they hoped to have something released before the end of the year. Cary
