Tough call.

If the Fed does ease, DELL should still slip but probably hold 60.

If the Fed does not ease, DELL should find support at 55.

So far since the report, if you had shorted on each rally, you should have been richly rewarded.

Long term DELL is fine. But it's getting ahead of itself and momentum players are jumping off the bandwagon and probably will reenter in two months. Without momentum players pushing the issue foward, there are just not enough buyers to cancel out the effect of the short sellers. Certainly it does not help that DELL is trading at its high head of PE multiples in recent history.
