Clearly there are not enough 400 MHz parts to go around. I hope this is due to high demand rather than short supply. Until we start seeing the ads in the paper for 400 MHz systems, this will be difficult to judge.

What is a good number?

If 450 MHz is essential in the near future, they better be yielding close to 50% at 400 MHz now. I doubt that they are however.
