Paul, thanks for the response. Your description of what was said during the last few conference calls is reasonably consistent with my recollection of those calls. There is a bit of a leap of faith you are making, however, to conclude from those calls and Lev's most recent "no comment" that "NI has shipped significant quantities of batteries at this time." I tend to be a skeptic and I reached the opposite conclusion from the "no comment." I acknowledge that your conclusion may also be correct. I do wish the company was a little more up front with the exact status of their progress. Ordinarily I would not care so much but in this case, the floorless places much more importance on the precise timing of their progress.
