From today's Business Wire release (emphasis added):

The company has been notified by the NASDAQ stock market that it fails to meet the minimum tangible net asset requirement for trading on the National Market System of NASDAQ. The company intends to meet with the NASDAQ Listing Qualification Panel to present its plan to meet the standards of the National Market System early in 1999.

The company believes it continues to meet the requirements for continued listing on the NASDAQ Small-Cap Market.

Today, the fed dropped the prime, and the shorters piled on KTEL.

I don't think a company with a long, successful and innovative music marketing history, a very cool web site, and an extensive private music catalog is a fair comparison to BRE-X, by any measure.

I think the music e-tail market is large enough for there to be room for KTEL to be among the top Internet music retailers.

Good luck to all,

-- Zax
