Well... What doesn't this gem do...they are involved in telecommunications,entertainment,aviation, travel,airlines,beverages. At the moment they are partnered up with Richard Branson's Virgin 2 Group, Mr.Branson controls about 60% of Mccarthy..and Mccarthy in turn controls 33% V2 Group...which is involved in all of the above. V2 Group recorded revenues of 52 million Sterling last year..it's first year of operations. With sales expected to reach 178 million sterling for the year end...and by 2000 estimated revenues of 500 million sterling. Also expected is the launch of a national airline called Virgin Airlines into Canada by first quarter of 99.
