I do not know for a fact that either of those statements are true or not. My outlook on BTIM is irrespective of the veracity of those two statements.

You asked for fraud. I gave possible evidence of it. You say you don't care. So why did you ask in the first place?

Likewise, anyone who knows the FDA would know enough to realize that Barkin's comments could ONLY be opinion.

In other words, you are saying that it was obvious the company president didn't know what he was talking about. You may have a point there.

Jim, big difference between you giving investment opinion on a thread and Barkin expressing his opinion or thoughs. He speaks for the company. When he misleads investors it is a big deal. That's what shorting is all about. Hyped overvalued companies.
