Well, here we are with another interest rate cut and so now I think we can figure the techs will march higher over the next 6 weeks. Things won't capitulate now till near the first of the year.

Looking over our stuff; most all of it is falling; PAIR is starting to get close to a buy target at 8+. Look at AMZN; up 25 or something like that; insanity. What I see is a very narrow market with a few select index companies moving and then the wild internet speculation and everything looks to be falling.

K-tel International Inc. (KTEL) 16 7/16 -1 3/16: high flyer and marketer and distributor of consumer entertainment and
convenience products could be dropped from Nasdaq listing due to not meeting capital requirement of $4 mln; according
to 10-Q, company is currently trying to obtain an extension and raise capital to meet tangible net asset requirement; company
would consider applying for Nasdaq small-cap listing if dropped from the national market; see page 10 of 10-Q under
liquidity and capital resources.....
