Well, after a year of listening to people rant about how crappy the Iridium system is going to be, Its good to see they finally launched. And, only a month late! The nearest competitor is already a year late...and I might point out that the lost more sats (particularly as a percentage of total systems!) already due to poor rocket design verses Iridiums 7 bad flywheels. And now market demand that causes a constrain on handsets is a "weak system"... uh-huh. Lets hope Globalstar has such problems! I've still got holdings in both companies, and I didn't rub it in when G* lost 12 at once... I find it amazing the need by others to disparage Iridium. Let's hear it for being operational! Woo Hoo!
