Wiley, I have heard that as well about oats... but I haven't checked it for myself. Browsing the chart, oats look much weaker than the other grains, so if that relationship is true: corn, beans, and wheat should start falling... we'll see. I will take a better look at the oat chart later. FYI, I have never traded oats as I have found them to be very slow going in making their move relative to the moves of corn, wheat, and beans.
