Gersh,

I feel that after the FOMC meeting my short-term technicals will return to a more normal level; therefore I will just let them tell me what to do rather than guess which way the FEDs will go. I have decided not to play the announcement. If the market runs up I will get ready to short, and if the market sells off I will get ready to go long.

Seeya

Gersh, re:Cut, RUT, TRIN/q

for a rate cut to be good buying news it would need to be at least .5

100 Basis Points in 2.5 months? Wouldn't that be a little unsettling?

Since your TRIN post a few days ago, I've been studying the TRIN more closely. Have you observed divergences b/t TRIN and TRINQ? Observing today's action: when TRIN/TRINQ touch (~100), TRIN heads higher while TRINQ decreases. Money flowing toward Techs (relatively), or simply sloshing?

EDIT: RUT looks pathetic, CSCO looks strong. If the market likes AG's bag o'tricks, CSCO should fly!

Regards,
Alan
