the USBL team and Cavalcade Of Boxing IMO does gave growth possibilties.Cavalcade i like because its really all profit.

Actually, one of the nice things about a Spin off is that the Market makers get to look at the books for the sports division, and decide what the price of the stock should be.

I am watching the same thing happen in another company unrelated to TNRG at all.

Seems mergeing into a shell is also prudent since it is less expensive than starting anew.
