The following is merely my opinion as to the financial ability of KTEL: - Equity is $912,000 (Market Value is app. $124,000,000 - this stock is trading at 124x bookvalue) - Company burned 4.8 million in cash from operations, - Company has only approx. $75,000 left in line of credit, - Compnay has 3.9 million in cash (does that mean by 12/31/98 the company will have no cash/credit left to continue as a going concern. Stock is a $15/share. In my opinion this stock may be worth $.88/share after the bankruptcy.

JFTRADERS, in light of the pending delisting, no one in the right mind would buy this stock. Due to the huge short interest, short covering is keeping it from instant free fall to low single digits. Anyone covering now is throwing away easy money. Regards, Tom
