Mr. Metals, The $1 restriction has been deemphasized as a result of the shaky market this summer. However, what Frank reposted is correct, all the paperwaork and audits must be put into order. Jim and the gang were ready to just let the company fold. Larry is getting the files in order. The problem is whether the SEC will even care. With the history of the "company", I doubt that they are ready to grant any leniency. Unless Larry is very convincing, the SEC will put this company to rest. But I hear Larry's enthusiasm is infectious and his plans sound. Let's just hope the govt. will listen and believe. And yes, I have my fingers crossed. RYAN
