Big O

Renwick USD 267 Bill Hicks-Business Manager-316-444-2165

Johanna Forshee-member of technology committee-316-796-1466
she is also principal of one of the grade schools.

This is where my kids go to school and we just passed a $19,000,000 bond issue for a new high school, some additions, and technology. Have only talked to one person about Compaq PCs based on what I heard at school board meeting last nite. This Hicks guy knows NOTHING about computers and that is probably the reason he hasn't shopped much. He probably doesn't want to be embarassed about his lack of knowledge. Now Mrs. Forshee is pretty knowledgable and will listen and gets excited when talking about new technology, but is alsothe type that hates computer crashes and asked about the reliability of thin clients. (server goes down, all desktops go down was her first response) District is ready to really start looking hard. Money is there. When you call them, let me know if either of them is not willing to at least listen, as I will have their asses. Other members of the school district will not be pleased with them if they are not willing to listen to someone that can potentially save them money. I should say save US THE TAXPAYER money. Let me know what you think.

Yes, you are right, but the other factors are:

Management is starting to make some noise in the right places---most you don't see. Management is, I believe, trying to get the stock up (and not drive it down like some people believe). I don't know how many of the shares the old management holds at (.50c/$5.00) but most of that is probably gone. New management has higher options. They have great engineering and are starting to have an impact. They have lowered debt. They are one of the few that is profitable. They understand the revenue requirements and needs to increase business from the text terminal loss in the channel. Boundless has some challenges which I discuss with them on a regular basis.

I really don't understand the market as well as stock people, but I am betting that the business side will drive the company. They do need a few things but I really feel they are aware of these and are making headway.

The Business man to the Stock People:

BIG "O"
