Do you view it as flat for your analysis? Dow is up about 120 from the time of the announcement (of course, this is changing every second).

Here's what we got now ...

When the anouncement came out every specialist and market maker went short. Every fund manager knew that they would need some stock and bought, knowing that the specialist folks would go short.

Folks .. I figure we got a specilist short squeeze goin' on.
