You are very welcome Matt. A close @~13.75 or higher would suggest a bottom may be in place. Sideways would be an improvement over down. Last night I consulted with the Queen of FORE, none other than the increasingly less frequent Ms. CJ, who has emoted for FORE much longer than most. I asked the esteemed CJ, whether she agreed a buy was imminent. And, in her own iniminable way, Ms. CJ expressed her enthusiasm with the caveat of an iddy biddy gap @~13.25 on 10/22 that would have to be filled before she would suggest going long. She made a nice call. :) ed
