Subj: Ask Omar about sales in CAYC ( from califtalk ) From: califtalk@aol.com (CALIFTALK) Ask Omar about sales of a large block of shares of Caye Chapel recently !! Ask Omar how he and Allan Burditt have benefited each other regarding the transactions in Caye Chapel !! If Omar is Participating in benefits then it would connect the two of them and make them both responsible for the consequences of false and misleading news reports that were issued and released to tout the stock and create a market for the shares to be sold to the unknowing foolish investors. Beginning with the week ending July 31,1998 when the trading volume of Caye Chapel hit 1,562,800 shares ( Burditt controlled shares being sold to raise cash after his removal from Oilex) (the highest volume in its history) and the market price of the shares fell from a close of 14 cents to a close of 8 cents and then in the following weeks to a price as low as 3 cents. (when this sham shell) company first started trading as of Feb 3,1998 the prices started at 5 1/4, this was at the time when the churning was started by Burditt and / or Burditt controlled companies.
