Not necessarily. If I were him, I'd have my number disconnected, until I had good news to report. I imagine he has no way of dealing with the MIDL calls he's been getting. On the other hand I'd disconnect my number if I were him and I new MIDL would never recover, or if I were in trouble with the SEC. It sure would be nice to know one way or the other.
