wes, even if you are doing a couple trades a week, it is worth having all the tools to benefit you....they all offer about the same package, i have spent the last 3 months searching for what i felt would be the best broker so IMO it is worth it for you to take a look. read these two books and you will get a better idea of what you are missing: the electronic day trader secrets of the soes bandit

Tim is a daytrader and his needs might exceed yours. I liked the idea of his position trade thread because you don't need level 2 to buy on monday and sell two weeks later. Too bad some lazy crybabies messed it up. For my purposes I'd be happy with level 1 and I may go to ETrade to get it although I hear a lot of people are not so happy with them.
