"In case you didn't notice, AMAT's book-to-bill is above 1:1 for the first time in a long time. Not good news for shorts."

I resemble that remark. I won't stay on the "dark side" for long. I prefer to be one of the good guys.

Hey Rich,

Anything can happen on AMAT, who's right bull or bear? Technically speaking I see greater volume and failure to reach a new high today-
not good. The sector is still weak, and after a recent run up since 10/8 the big money players will take profits. BTB isn't alone going to make the stock respond, sector rotation will and I don't see that right now. AMAT is a leader, unfortunately it's in an out of favor area on WS for now. I see a pullback to high 20's to low 30's range within 30 days or so, then consolidation before upward moves again.
Last qtr. I rode this stock down from 34 to 24 or so, it appears to ready for that again. Just my 2 cents.
Good luck to all,
Rich
