My response to Chuck and Charles. Just sent and thanks for your support. You are the silent majority and deserve better than what they are offering. As a PAIR shareholder I resent your pompous attitude towards me as an investor. I have a PHD in Physics and worked on sensitive projects in the aerospace industry for over 20 years. I am trained in evaluating data to make decisions and have spent many hours researching PAIR. First of all I did contact IR several times and was even promised a call back about some questions I asked. I have NEVER even once been given a call back. Because of your poor management IR has angered many investors in PAIR by not being :1)well informed about typical issues IR addresses and 2) not doing their job of responding to investors. They ought to be replaced IMHO. Second, I am not the enemy. I have defended PAIR management many times on the chat lines. I realize that there are many irresponsible people on the chat lines but there are also many VERY responsible investors who do much due diligence. I have learned more from the PAIR chat line than from the PAIR website where competing systems are evaluated, competitors in xDSL are discussed along with differences in selling and business strategies. The point is: WE ALL HAVE TO SIFT THROUGH INFORMATION TO MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICES. The advantage to direct information from you is that it is correct and people can count on it. Your response to questions about strategic issues was truly remarkable in its clarity and personally gave me much confidence I my decision to buy PAIR. Third, I ASSUMED that any information you provided me as an investor was for public consumption. I put it on the net exactly and without putting "spin" on it. It was put there to help interested investors form their own opinion . As small investors this is particularly useful since it helps us evaluate PAIR. The fact that there are unhappy investors who bought at higher levels and who bad mouth PAIR management is irrelevant. PURE INFORMATION IS OF VALUE TO ALL. The fool doesn't know how to use it but I know of at 20 of the regular posters on the PAIR thread who were thankful and who have supported you. I'm sorry you feel you must turn your back on us. Also, your message implies you would answer my questions if I hadn't posted. I would appreciate that but in reality it is UNFAIR. Karl
