Oh thank God, such as He is, for the separation of church and state. You are scary.

Emile,

Jesus said that he is "the way, the truth and the light".

Lots of would be saviours have said similar things. What makes Jesus any different - other than the fact the you have chosen to believe in him?

The lack of wholeness you and Christine experience is the reality of your sinful fallen nature.

I don't recall either Penni or Christine ever complaining of a lack of wholeness. Judging from their posts, I'd say they have a good deal more wholeness than you've ever dreamed of. More courage, too. Only cowards refuse to question their own beliefs.

Now that I've got your attention, I wouldn't mind seeing a little dialogue between Christian Emile and Christian Bob on what actually defines Christianity. Your sleazy little buddies in the National Vanguard, and the psychos over at www.godhatesfags.com all consider themselves Christians. Bob says they are the antithesis of Christianity. What do you think? Please note: I don't want to hear a quote from a book. I want to hear what you think - assuming that you do.

Steve

Oh, Emile, you so easily prove the point!
You shut the doors, lock the windows, turn out the lights, put out a No Trepassing sign and then wonder why no one comes to tea.

You can know nothing of anyone's wholeness or peace except by your own projections. And now look! You've gone and made people associate your Savior with truly the ugliest of characteristics! If we judged Christian faith by Emile's apparent state of mind, it would appear to lead to paranoia and prejudice, hatred and condemnation. Why do you think you can accomplish anything by such hateful methods?
