The known liabilites are enough for me to be certain that there is no value whatsoever to the equity. As for the understanding of AHCA, call them yourselves. I did. I am certain that my understanding of the financial picture at PPH is greater than their's is at this moment. They have not done their work yet. They will not get the financing to complete this buyout, nor do I imagine thet will want to after they've completed their due diligence. Mazur may not be in a big hurry to sell the comapny at $2. But check his recent filings. He seems a bit more inclined to sell his own stock.
