If WSP is going to be 5 or 10 dollars why would they go for
a financing at 2.50? Especially when they have enough money to
carry them at least until the summer and maybe over the summer.
If there is no rush, why dilute the stock base at such a low price
when they could finance at 5 dollars and issue half the stock
or at 10 and issue a quarter of the stock and have the same return?
If there is such certainty regarding increasing tonnage and continued
grade, it makes no sense to give away stock at 2.50. Something
or somebody isn't playing with a full deck or is running a scam.
Why do a financing at the known lowest point of the year in price?
Why not wait until after the drilling program starts when the
stock price goes up on anticipation of news?
