It's the second victory in the same suit. The first was
for trademark infringement & this is copyright as well.

Judges don't, as a rule, issue injuctions in cases unless
they believe the requesting party will prevail in trial.

This is a contract dispute & most of the cards are on the
table right now. It does M$FT little good to prolong the
agony.

Critical mass is pushing steadily towards cross-platform
100% pure Java. M$FT should read the handwriting on the
wall. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.

Java is a long-term problem for M$FT's desktop strategy.
