Ok now what's the main reason for me to join into the big accumulation to take place. Month end in Canada next week and that so many are going to sell there stock at a loss? That was purchased early in the month? Some reason to buy aint it... Let's see it's all the good news we have had on everything from Mr. Officers... There is a new onging promotion firm who will blow this to a new high... There are no shorts at .07 cents only a fool would do that so lets not put them down there money is made... I do like the proof of posittion by insiders yet there stock is all in the perfd. issue and there waiting to buy it back at a buck a share that's no good... The dirll will run pre X-Mass, na Children in Chile love the season and it's off to fun and games for 45 days nothing happens unless it's in the works pre turkey day. Talking of turkey can I be one of the only virginal players here that represents the serious violations that have been done to me? Well that's the best explanation of MDIN I have for now.

The purposes for these discussions are twofold: (1) they are hoped to settle the claims of, and to produce the recovery of the damages suffered by, NP Energy in connection with the aborted attempt to acquire participation in the Santa Elena Project, and, at the same time and as a part of the resolution of the dispute; (2) to obtain a development opportunity that will attain the profitability originally envisioned for the Santa Elena Project. As a part of this process, counsel for BPZ & Associates is providing for NP Energy's consideration, new business opportunities. Of course NP Energy will conduct a thorough evaluation of any such proposals, bearing in mind the sources from which they come.
