Al, Agreed, the whole mining industry the good, the bad, and the ugly all tanked. Cu, Ni, and Co and other base metals could stay down for years due to deflation. The developing countries that have the metals need a certain amount of cash flow and if the metal price drops then they have to sell more metal to get the same cash flow. A vicious cycle that will not end well for many. I see silver making a big move when inventories are deleted in the next year or so but I don't see what's going to move gold much. I'm playing the silver move with ITRO for now and later futures and perhaps mining stocks such as SIL.
