Anyone had this... On Fri. about 2pm went to buy stock and msg said I'm not approved for on-line trading. Called the brnch. Web started to work again. N O W , on Fri I placed a limit order at the Ask. Got the message "Your order is PENDING" and it gave me an order #. Called branch since wanted to know if order was filled. A long story short, here's what happened: 15:30 order RECEIVED by Waterhouse (WHS) 15:35 order "approved" by WHS During that 5 minutes delay bid & ask stayed th same. 15:38 got a partial fill. I'm in the process arguing with WHS to give me all those shares I didn't get.
