Question to Bill and Roger about ABR?

By lurking around Edgar I found that former PayAmerica shareholders registered some 1.2 Mill Shares which is roughly 5% of the ABR float (where the float is 3/4 of all outstanding shares), so should this lay short-term pressure on the price? The S-3 went effective today.

Any comments?

C.

Bill, fortunately I am not short AMZN at the moment. Although I think it will go higher, $100 post split could happen, there is no way I would go long. But they could play this "add a new product line" several more times yet. Let's see what they could add:

Automobiles
Computer Software
Appliances
Stero Equipment
Photo Equipment
Tobacco products
Clothing
Insurance
Escort services
Airline tickets
Sports event tickets
