While a lot of folks may have a loss at the present time, I think they are less likely to sell for a tax loss because it looks like the stock may be recovering. I think the tendency will be greater to sell issues that are not moving up. While I don't think that will stem all tax loss selling, I don't expect to see a massive dumping of LSI. But heck, it's a lot lower now than when I bought it, so that shows you how much I know. 8)
