What effect will this have?
I had planned on purchasing a new computer for my office before the end of the year. This would enable me to take another tax deduction. Now, I will wait until Windows 98 complies with the Judge's order. The decision will have the effect of freezing computer sales during the holiday season with a dramatic effect on computer sellers, software sellers, peripheral sellers etc.

N. McNeill: I could see a few people rushing out to get windows 98 with explorer as it exists now vs. trying to choose a browser. Otherwise, I think Christmas pc sales go unaffected. I see a lot of first time buyers with about as much knowledge as I had when I bought my first. This is where I think cpq has an advantage with the 4 internet buttons on the keyboard. Keep it simple, stupid(as they say). Any thoughts?
