PartyTime, you just don't see, I guess, how harebrained and illogical it is to use Wired and ex-Simers for the scapegoats of everything wrong relating to ZULU. Why not focus, just once, on the management of ESVS and ZULU, who have controlled and manipulated and (in my opinion) plundered ZULU for the benefit of ESVS.

Party my friend, you are living in a fantasy world if you think these boards have one iota of leverage when it comes to this company or this company's share prices.

A stock will be bought or sold based on potential, credibility and availability of information. Only one of these three have been made available to anyone on these boards.

Were any of the three made available to institutions? It sure doesn't look like it.

You can say all you want about Ex-Simmers, Wired, Jon, Aleta and others for holding this stock down, but saying so holds know water. What they say usually makes sense or at least opens the mind to possibilities.

Who amongst us has not lost some money on this stock? Jon because he's not invested. Aleta because she got in and out at the right times. Wired they never were in.

Party, think about it. Put yourself in Jon and Aleta's shoes. You antagonize them with some of your far out thoughts. They are just as outspoken as you are and just as stubborn. Most of us just smile and go on, but they don't. They undertake the responsibility of pointing out the impossibilities of your thoughts. In essence you are at the root of most of their posts. YOU and not ZULU are why they post.

That leads me (and others) to wonder about your intentions Party. Are you here to blow the expectations of this stock up so high that they are unattainable and thus results in a feeling of loss even when good news comes out.

Bambaata even said that these boards have grown to expect way too much from this stock. We are led to expect gold, get silver and are not satisfied.

I took a few basic courses in Psychology Party, enough to realize that negative reinforcement can be dished out in more ways than one.

For instance, lets say I told my son over and over if he would keep doing his chores, do a few extra chores, (bust his ass working in other words) I would take him to Disneyland.

Over the months he does his part, and it is hard on him. When the time comes to go to Disneyland I tell him we are going to the Traveling Carnival two blocks from the house instead. What do you think my son would do Party? What would he think of me? Would he fall for the same thing next time?

What have I taught my son? I have taught him that it doesn't pay to do his chores. You with your "possibility posts" are teaching posters that they aren't going to get what you have forecast and thus it doesn't pay to invest in ZULU.

Right now Party, and I feel I must say this, between you, Tara and Aleta, based on the substance of past posts, I would have to say that you come closer to being the one that works for the ex-simmers.

You have done nothing but set the goals for this stock so high that they are all but unattainable.

Have you ever worked as a lobbyist Party? You seem to have a knack for it.

You don't do any investigative work Party. You are always the one to say "kudos" and "way to go". Are you afraid your position would be given away if you did find out something new? As long as I can remember, you have never been the first to post news about the company and you are probably on the internet longer than any of us.

You do however take whatever is found/discovered and "spin" the hell out of it.

If you are as pro-zulu as you say then the best thing you could do would be to back off a little. Let the points come out, good or bad. Anyone who has mind and ability enough to be able to log onto and post to one of these boards also has mind enough to think for themselves.

In conclusion, no matter which side you're on Party, you need to back off. I promised a certain person early last week that I would keep my mouth shut for a while if I was kept informed. It appears that I have been. However, this needed to be said and I think that person would agree with me.

Love me, hate me or whatever.

bb

Am I correct to understand that a two for one of ESVS at three makes a share of ESVS worth $1.50. This certainly would explain why Zulu has been bogged down near .15,

I don't follow the thinking here PT. The relative values of the stock (and this the 10:1) were set in the agreement back a couple of months ago. Todays price, and any stock splits that occur after the agreement should not affect the ratio. Unless we're missing something in the agreement, if the deal is for 10:1, and split occurs, it becomes 10:2, not 20:1.

You've gotten it backwards, before the deal was officially announced, you had a ratio firmly set based on ownership, when in fact the ratio hadn't been set. Now that it has been set, you're looking for it to change. If this deal is on, it is at 10:1 (unless something was missed in the paperwork, which I haven't had a chance to review again).

Personally, as a shareholder I'd be concerned about whether the deal goes through at all, not what the ratio will be. The ESVS (and ZULU) track record for making it to the finish line has been pretty bad recently.
