I like to bike because it's fun, but good exercise too. I do all the cooking at home for me and my wife, she loves what I prepare. I've learned to cook by watching the great chefs on TV and have been doing all the cooking for the past 30 years, I've developed a broad menu of things. Tonight I just prepared a simple dish of grilled New Zealand lamb loin seasoned with salt, garlic, white pepper, and cayenne just to take it up a notch!!! A salad of romaine with a dressing I made by mixing one part mayonaise and two parts ketchup together. Garlic bread and we enjoyed it. Hmmmm, do we have to talk about food? GZ
