If you have windows NT on a server you don't need sygate. I run ISDN to my Windows NT server. Then use proxy server and proxy client (on the workstations) to run the internet to 4 other computers. 128K ISDN costs me 50 bucks / month. I would love to have ADSL or Cable, but they are not offered out here in the sticks.

Another solution (for ISDN) is 3COM officeconnect. ISDN modem with 10 baseT hub.

Hi Street...

Question concerning networking computers.

Must I be using the same operating system
on computers to network them?
ie win. 95 .. win. 98...

My guess ..they all need same system...
