Anthony, SEC requires companies to make disclosure of material events. Ktel didn't make the disclosure when it received the letter from Nasdaq three weeks ago. The president/COO was quoted today as saying delisting was not considered a material event. I guess they will have to convince the judge in the court of law because class actions are sure to follow.

Short it to zero (or close to it).

Regards,

Tom
