I'd choose the 0.25 micron and figure out why it couldn't provide the necessary speed.' If this isn't understood, the 0,18 micron process/device will be even later and possibly not much faster. Cyrix/NSM doesn't seem to have a grasp of process technology/design interaction. That implies that the future may be a repeat of the past. Paul
